We're looking for a compassionate and skilled part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you'll make a direct impact on children's lives by evaluating communication challenges and delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Assessment & Treatment Planning
  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and ongoing assessments on a 6–12 month cycle, adjusted as clinically appropriate or required by insurance.
  • Develop detailed treatment plans and submit care evaluations within established deadlines to ensure uninterrupted authorization and service delivery.
Therapy & Caseload Management
  • Manage each child's therapy schedule to maximize weekly sessions in alignment with their individualized plan.
  • Set meaningful, measurable goals and revisit them monthly with parents and team members, incorporating family input into every step of the process.
  • Collaboration & Supervision
  • Partner BCBAs, and other specialists in monthly team meetings to deliver integrated, whole-child care.
  • Documentation & Family Engagement
  • Complete thorough, accurate session documentation.
  • Keep the Clinic Directoe informed of caseload updates, client progress, and evolving therapy needs.
  • Empower families with home program strategies that reinforce skill-building between sessions.
General Responsibilities

  • Uphold the highest professional standards and pursue ongoing growth in clinical practice.

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with pediatric populations; experience with autism preferred
  • Warm, clear communicator with children, families, and colleagues alike
