- Oversee individual ABA programming for multiple cases.
- Design programming and make appropriate clinical decisions that align with BACB Professional and Ethical Code of Conduct.
- Conduct behavioral evaluations, conduct FBAs
- Write and revise treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Coordinate services with other service providers (e.g., school, SLP, OT, case worker, etc).
- Conduct team meetings.
- Train staff in ABA principles and conduct ongoing staff training to ensure competency and treatment fidelity.
- Conduct parent training.
- Communicate and maintain quality relationships with all stakeholders both in and outside of the organization.
- Meet with the Clinical Director and other supervisory staff to assess company, program, and employee needs. Based on assessment, identification, development, and delivery of training or processes to improve area of need.
- Maintain client confidentiality per HIPPA laws.
- Conduct direct sessions as needed.
- Maintain billable hours.
- Daytime, after school, and occasionally weekend hours, as needed.
- Travel limited to Sheboygan County only.
